*What is Ethical?

*Ethics means acting in a ethical way involves distinguishing between right and wrong and then the making right choice. It is relatively easy to identify unethical business practices. For example, companies should not use child labor.

*What is Unethical?

*Not conforming to approved standards of social or professional behavior on unethical business practice. For instance attempting to create a monopoly on a market has unethical implications because without competition companies have no incentive to set pair prices or votes.

* What is the difference between ethical & unethical?

*What seems unethical to some consumers might not face each other. Unethical advertisement can black fire causing consumers to turn on your company and defeating purpose of your marketing campaign. Rather than the ethical line, risking public outrage and government penalties strive to be truthful.

*Ethical = right

*Unethical = wrong
