A N O D I S E D & D Y E D• An exceptionally hard wearing solution that encapsulates the dye to ensure long term colour fastness.• Dye is printed into the pores of the aluminium. It is then sealed so the image becomes part of the anodic layer of the aluminium.

F O I L• Thin aluminium to allow for manual marking and fixing to curved surfaces.

• Can be anodised and dyed, or lithoprinted depending on the solution required. A variety of adhesives are used to ensure a long lasting bond.

Digital Decals & Variable DataOur top of the range digital printing equipment provides new design opportunities for industrial labelling with half tones, vignettes, fades and blends now possible and ANY number of colours can be used with little, if any, increase to cost. We can supply complete polycarbonate and polyester subsurface solutions, print on mylar and have a range of varnishes to create even better results.

Metal NameplatesAn exceptionally durable solution for harsh environments and where serial numbering/etching is required. Sun Industries is the only company in Australia that can supply Anodised/Dyed nameplates as well as Lithoprinted nameplates that can be produced up to 40% cheaper without any loss in quality.

Dynamic / Variable Data DecalsWith unlimited colour and design options, not to mention the range of textures and adhesives, sub-surface printed dynamic decals are the new benchmark for industrial labelling. ‘Flexidome’ Resin BadgesUsing automotive grade resin, these “3D” domed badges are very attractive and affordable. Our two-part resin is imported from Italy and we use a top end machine for consistency and speed. Beware of cheaper options – single mix resin is not UV stable and becomes hard and discoloured over time.

MylarsTypically used for identification of electrical equipment, mylars are surface printed. They provide a strong, long term solution for internal environments.
