Analogue and Digital Electronics
Lab
Location: Ground floor, G block
Lab Facilities: The Analogue and Digital Electronics Laboratory offers a design/project based works for students to explore and learn the electronics circuit design and output analysis using electronic components, with various power sources. The Analogue and Digital Electronics Laboratory comprises several experiments and design projects. Students work in groups to investigate the characteristics of various electronic components such as Silicon diodes, Zener diodes, BJTs, and JFETs, and also various circuits such as clippers, clampers, amplifiers, frequency response of the amplifiers, operational amplifier applications, and digital logic gates. The Laboratory is equipped with the basic facilities such as Digital Oscilloscope, DC power supply and signal generators. Students will have chance to learn differences between practical circuit outputs and ideal simulation results (PSPICE results).
