Research Work: 1. Worked on the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi

sponsored project entitled „„Investigations on the Slurry Erosion Behaviour of

Hydraulic Turbine Materials and its Prevention by HVOF-Coatings‟‟.

2. Worked on the project entitled “Failure Analysis of Trumpet Housing” for Standard

Combines Pvt. Ltd (Tractor Divison), Barnala.

3. My major project entitled “Design and Fabrication of Roller Burnishing Tool” during

B. Tech. 8th semester was awarded as the state’s Best B.Tech project in Mechanical

Engineering and allied Branches for the state of Punjab in the year 2002, by Indian

Society for Technical Education, New Delhi. For this, I received a cash prize of Rs 7000/-

, a medallion and citation.

Delivered two expert lectures at AICTE sponsored two week Staff Development

Programme “Thermal Spray Techniques and their Applications in Surface Engineering”,
