• Trip-transit time is too long and tiring-inconsistent, not punctual• Route- The routes are too confusing- not properly linked • Platform-The stations are not user friendly, not conducive

2)Why current transport system is not efficient?

• Poor management by authority-poor planning of routes-maintenance of facilities -quality of empolyee

What are the aspects should be improved?

-show maps and schedule in every station -improve punctuality, frequency -improve facilities for disabled-improve welfare of employee
