JUDICIAL FINDING The foregoing application, having been submitted to and considered by the Court, it is found therefrom that:

There is probable cause to believe that an offense has been committed, that it was committed by the accused, and that probable cause further exists for the issuance of an Arrest Warrant for the above-named accused based on the conditions as alleged.
