NALA “Q” GROUP HOLDINGS NO1 (PTY) LTD and its subsidiaries are firstly inspired

by our founder’s entrepreneurial up bring, educational background, practical

experience and last but not list his managerial experience. (all these fused

together to answer a need in the market)

He worked as a “Contracts Surveyor” for some prominent construction

companies, on complex construction projects ranging between R10 & R100

million, in both the commercial and residential construction industries. He later

went on his own, this time venturing into the civils aspect of this same industry

(water, sewer & storm water projects, roads construction e.g. asphalt, paving,

road marking, guardrails, bollards, speed humps, etc ).

Through these exposures he evolved from “a Site QS” to “Contracts QS” to

“Contracts Manager” and currently “Chief QS & Project Leader/Project Manager”.

The market need we aim to satisfy; South Africa in its culture and economic

structures through the government’s policies encourages entrepreneurship and

for that reason we find entrepreneurs with formal educations spreading from

Teaching, Information Technology, Medical Fields, Accounting, etc finding

themselves as contractors because of the opportunities this industry presents.

Because of their backgrounds they may not understand fully this industry, yet do

well as business men and women. We are here to empower them to be their very

best.

We achieve this by:

- Helping with proper planning of contracts. Optimal management of

projects.

- Employment of best decisions for the particular project (no two projects

are similar therefore we cannot make the same decision every time and

implement it the same old way – there are other alternatives always).

- Empower our clients to make the most money possible on a particular

“Q” GROUP, a company set to answer the many unanswered questions and

complexities facing many contractors today and to correct the many mistakes

that continue to repeat themselves within this industry.

ABOUT US

TQSC is a full-service construction management company and construction

consulting firm founded in Midrand, Gauteng, South Africa in 2011, by Neo

Lepamo. Over his 8 years in the industry, Neo has been known for his versatility

and aggressive representation on behalf of his clients. TQSC has built a reputation

of a result-oriented firm that manages all aspects of the construction process

from start to finish – each project receives the full benefit of a strategic, technical-

based and multidisciplinary approach. TQSC is neither a consultancy firm nor a

general or civils contractor. Instead, we select and manage those skilled

professionals in a manner that ensures team work and total focus on delivering

what the client desires.

In addition to comprehensive construction management services on residential,

commercial and civils projects, TQSC offers specialized consulting services in the

areas of environmental compliance, construction claims (avoidance + resolution),

forensic analysis and litigation support. Our expertise in these fields has become

an indispensable commodity in the day-to-day management of our construction

management projects, as we as individual consulting assignments.

MR J.N. SEKHUTSOANE LEPAMO: Managing Director & Project Leader

Neo is the founder and director of NALA “Q” GROUP HOLDING NO1 (PTY) LTD and

most of its subsidiaries. He has many years’ experience as an entrepreneur in

many fields of business and industries including the oil industry. He has 8 years’

experience in both technical and managerial roles. He is qualified in BSc Quantity

Surveying (Honours Degree). He currently specializes in Cost Engineering &

Project Management and has put together guidelines through which he is able to

sell these two services to our clients in a way that they yield instant value in their

planning and running of projects.

*The ratings seek of reflect the frequency with which we sale these services in comparison to one another ranging from 1 being the most bought service and 4 being the less sold service. If you look above you will see that we need to work hard to change the contractor’s way of thinking and doing things since we seem to be selling more of corrective services that cost more than preventative service that are sold less but cost little.
