Original NAIP design was for 1m. resolution imagery; with the State of Texas wanting 50cm. Original 1m. design involved 61,000
line miles of collection. Re-designed for 75cm collection with
83,000 line miles; 36% increase. Altitude change from 30,000’ to 23,000’
