Nailing the interview Building and Maintaining Positive Relationships with Your GM One of the more critical relationships in a club operation is that between the General Manager and the Executive Chef. The more successful GM/Executive Chef relationships are found at clubs where the Executive Chef is a team player, and the General Manager has a genuine interest in their operation.
