About UsFounded in 1890 as The National Association of Life Underwriters (NALU), NAIFA is one of the nation’s oldest and largest associations representing the interests of insurance professionals from every Congressional district in the United States. With more than 45,000 members nationwide, we are the insurance and financial advisor’s voice to Congress and every state legislature. NAIFA Minnesota has more than 1,400 insurance and financial advising professionals in 13 local associations throughout Minnesota, where your partnership will reach our membership. NAIFA members assist consumers by focusing their practices on one or more of the following: life insurance and annuities, health insurance and employee benefits, multiline, and financial advising and investments.

What is the

Roadshow?

NAIFA Minnesota will present some of the most relevant topics from our very own industry experts. We will bring a better understanding to the health insurance exchange as well as annuity suitability, estate planning, and money management.

Mandatory Continuing Education

Classes

Every month we offer mandatory CE classes including the MA Eligibility and LTC Partnership Program requirement (4 CE) and Ethics (3 CE). We rotate between a Twin Cities location and an out-state location each month. Sponsors are welcome to attend these events and set up a booth. Attendance ranges from 15 people to 50 people per class.

What is the State Convention and a Day with MDRT?

This convention is one of the largest and most highly regarded insurance and financial advisors coventions in the country. Each year we feature MDRT Annual Meeting Main Platform and Top of the Table speakers.

Annual Sponsorship Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received by the NAIFA-MN office at least 48 hours prior to the first day of 2017 are eligible for a refund of the sponsorship fee, less a $50 administrative fee. No refunds for annual sponsorship will be provided for cancellations received after this time.
