Products are neatly organized in a searchable product hierarchy, located in the left-hand column, starting with relevant Application selection

Once an Application is selected, its corresponding Segments appear in thesecond dropdown menu – Relevant Segment can be selected


Note 1: Certain applications do not have Segments

Note 2: When Segments exist, it is possible to get a list of all products belonging to theApplication by selecting “All Segments”

With myProject, you can easily build, save and share a personal project based on product documents you have collected in myCatalog

Using myProject to create and print a personal project


To create a new project select “New myProject…” from the myProject option on MyCatalog’s top menu bar


Name project, add description and click OK


Use “drag-and-drop” feature to place products datasheets directly into newly created project


Right-click on the icons to add any Technical Documents to your Project file

You can add ‘free text’ divider pages to better organize your Project file


choose “New Free Text Item” in drop down menu

When your project is finished, you can create a PDF printoutSelect your project and then select “create myProject PDF…” from myProject menu


These icons help you delete or changedocuments order in your project file

You can attach several documents to the PDF printout of your project

myRFQ allows RFS’s business partners to create a Bill of Quantity and submit it online to a sales

representative for fast quotation

Use myRFQ to create a BoQ and submit a request for quotation

To create Bill of Quantity, select myProject in question, then in myCatalogmenu bar choose “Make myRFQ…” option

Detail the required quantity for each product

When BoQ is complete, click on the “Submit” button

Your RFS regional Sales representative will provide you with the offer for the BoQ


Registration


Only registered users will get access to myCatalog’s advanced online services such as LiveUpdate and myRFQ

You can register to all advanced online services at once by choosing “Check for LiveUpdates”in the “Tool”dropdown menu and then completing the registration form

myNews ensures you have the latest, specific product information

myNews allows you to access the latest product information, including updates for a specific product

line of your interest

To activate myNews you must register your name and email with RFS

To activate myNews click on “myNews” option in the scrolling bottom bar on myCatalog’s main page

RFS will update you on the evolution of its products via e-mail (1 mail per monthapprox.)


myNews ensures you have the latest, customized product information

myNews allows you to receive the latest product information, includingupdates for specific product lines which you have selected during the registration process


LiveUpdate use

When myCatalog is connected to the Internet it automatically notifies you of updates to the product database

Click “Download” to get the latest database updates


RSS feeds provide the latest RFS news from around the world

Access the most up-to-date RFS product and business news directly from myCatalog


RSS feeds use

When myCatalog is connected to the Internet the RSS feeds automatically upload the latest RFS product and business news, with direct links to full-length press releases of RFSworld.com
