Building Agile & Lean UX Teams

I have had the privilege of building and leading teams from 0 – 33. These range from growing existing to creating net new ones.

Teams I have built are a mix of PMs, Designers (Visual and Interaction), Front end UX Dev’s, Researchers and Analysts.

I have worked with internal HR Recruiters, to over a dozen recruiting agencies, along with building strategic relationships with

local Universities, human centered design programs, special interests groups and meet ups.
