This area of the main landing page will provide alerts to areas that require user attention. At this time it will provide the Client Group Administrators alerts to reports and end users that have not been assigned to a group for viewing access. Access to both of these areas can be found under the “Administration” tab. You will find instructions for assigning Reports and Users elsewhere in this manual.

Administration: Creating New Groups and Users The Client Group Administrator for your company’s My TestCentral account has the authority to set up groups and users and assign the users rights to view reports as deemed appropriate. In addition, a Client Group Administrator can grant a user “Administrator” rights which would enable this user to also set up groups and users and assign the users rights to view reports as deemed appropriate. If the Client Administrator chooses to segment viewing rights for reports, groups will need to be created and Users assigned to these created groups. Each report would need to be assigned to a given group or groups for viewing. If the Client Administrator chooses not to segment viewing rights, then all Users will need to be assigned to the system created DEFAULT group. The system will automatically assign reports to the DEFAULT group assuming it is the only group set up and all users would be allowed to see all reports. Creating a New Group:

1) Place the cursor over the Administration tab on the main menu bar. 2) Select Users/Groups Listing.

3) Select Add New Group
