TO THE TEACHER

This Science book is all about discovery. This is a book that will lead the students to ask questions and discover new things as they search for answers to their questions. Your role as a teacher is to explain to the students through experiential activities how the concepts happen and why they happen. To be able to enrich learning, make your activities as interactive as possible. Encourage an active participation from your students so that they will learn by first hand experience. This book is only one of the tools that will help your students learn. Your daily preparation in the classroom will make the concepts in this book come alive. After engaging the students in various hands on activities, support your findings with explanations. This book is also a helpful resource for parents who should also be involved in the teaching and learning process. There are review and enrichment activities that may be done at home. By soliciting the participation of parents, we are assured that learning goes on even after school. Have a wonderful discovery!
