• Thomas Jefferson was born on April 13, 1743 in Shadwell Virginia.
• John Locke, Thomas Paine, Thomas Reid, and other documents such as the English Bill of Rights gave
Jefferson his inspiration.• Jefferson wrote the
Declaration of Independence and then became the third President of the United States. He also had been other government officials during his life.
• Life, Liberty, and The Pursuit of Happiness comes from The Declaration of Independence.
• The Pursuit of Happiness means The right to pursue any lawful business or vocation, in any manner not inconsistent with the equal rights of others, which may increase their prosperity or develop their faculties, so as to give them their highest enjoyment
Have a family someday.
Have fun!
Get a welding job an make some money.
Calvine High School.
• I like learning here because its at your own pace and the teachers actually understand that and try and get along with you.
• I also like the hours of the school.
I like to pursue
happiness by
hanging out with my
girlfriend, my
friends, playing
baseball, welding
and biking.
The best thing about
me is that I try and stay
positive, even when
things aren't going so
well.
If I were president I wouldn’t change much, but I would somehow end the war by either pulling our troops out of the mid east or I would bomb them. I think freedom is most important to the U.S.
The Ninth Amendment is important because protects all the rights that are not included in the Bill of Rights but at the same time seems like it protects the rights that are included.
Citizens should be involved in the community by voting and doing jury duty because if you don’t then why should you have the right to a trial by jury of your peers if you don’t give another citizen that right by not going.
Recycling will make the
world a cleaner and happier
place, I also think planting
trees and learning to use
more energy efficient
appliances can help our
environment greatly
In 5 years I see my self
graduating form college
or a welding vocational
school. I will get there
by doing well at this
school and continuing
to work hard elsewhere.
