The My Performance Center interface allows you to quickly and efficiently review and manage performance testing activities… when you don’t need to access other ALM features.
You can access it directly by adding “/loadetest” to the ALM server URL

My Performance Center consists of a number of pre-defined Perspectives or views into Performance Center activities and tasks, along with the ability for you to define your own Perspectives.

Create, Run, Edit Tests
In addition to static views, you can also create, run and edit tests, giving you the ability to manage much of the actual test execution activities straight from the My Performance Center web interface.
