OBSERVATION LAB BEFORE I ENTERED THE SHOP: At the first shop the door was closed but an attendant opened it and welcomed me in.. I felt at home about the way the attendants treated me. The lettering was in caps about 34 of font size.. The name of the shop is easily seen at far.

THE ENVIRONMENT● The color scheme of the shops were all brightly

designed ...● The colors made me feel refreshed and so much

joy to be with them at that moment.● The floors looked smooth and environment

friendly.● The shop uses air condition instead of a ceiling

● It made me feel cold whilst in the shop because the temperature was about 25 degrees celsius.

The shop had cams as security and most of these cams are easily seen. i wanted to stay longer at the shop but they were getting ready to close ..

IT takes about 30 seconds to 1 minute for an attendant to see to a customer.the salesperson does not follow the customers with a script.The attendants treats each customer equally

The first product i saw was shelve of drinks.Yes, there was a display table The products have a price tag on the shelves.There were no sample products at the shops.The products at eye level were ladies dress

Most of the customers were with the familyThe ladies were with their boyfriendsThe average age of most of the shops is 25The shops allow customers to touch the items;About 60% of the customers buy an item from the shops.
