MCM through United States and overseas subsidiaries, creates, implements and operates specialized international telecom projects.

• MCM offers a suite of products targeted at specific countries, such as “My India MobileTM”, “My Haiti MobileTM” and “My Nigeria MobileTM”. These products offer unlimited calling from the U.S. and other countries to mobile phones in the overseas market.

• The MCM products are sold through the pre-paidtelecom and mobile distributions networks, and on-line, though “PINs” or vouchers. Customers buymonthly PINs and call MCM’s Customer Service toactivate the service by entering the PIN andproviding a contact number for the overseas personto receive the MCM phone. The customer is given alocal U.S. number to call to reach his friend or familymember in the designated country.

• MCM arranges for a new mobile phone to be delivered to the customer’s specified friend or family memberin the foreign country. By calling the provided number, anyone can call the overseas mobile phone withoutlong distance charges for a thirty day period. The same PIN works as a monthly reload PIN for additionalmonths of service.
