Social Media Rules The RoostTraditional Social Media sites (FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, G+) represents about 40% of visits

Managewp.org and Twitter two biggest referrers for last month

StumbleUpon brought 12% of traffic but with a bounce rate of 94% compared to site average of 68%

1. Nginx passes the PHP processing to HipHop Virtual Machine

2. WordPress checks if version of post is in memcache and retrieves.

3. If it’s not fires does normal stuff and returns to user and adds job for worker

4. Worker then stores the result back in memcached
