DESCRIPTION
My Best May Ever, Clarissa YeeTRANSCRIPT
1. Portfolio:
in the similar way to interim hand in with chapters.
additional chapters being:
•The building will encourage as much interaction be-tween residents to produce a social community, but also respect people’s privacy.
•The building will provide a base in which the commu-nity can move in first and build their community second in slow growth
•Will provide a unique opportunity to slow down with people, food and nature
In the next day I will reassess portfolio and the missing gaps and work towards getting an outline of the pages required.
My Best May ever
2. Project in Motion and activities. Drawing or dare I say film? showing how the project could evolve. This document fits into the ‘The building will provide a base in which the community can move in first and build their community second in slow growth’
Ongoing movement and change (of the community and the building) needs to be communicated but I’m not sure how!!!
some interesting things I found above like dancing notation, and ship building and Cindy sherman’s Dolls Clothes video.
3. Perpsectivessome perspective views showing how the spaces would be like- improving quality of life!
Probably will do bedroom, communal meeting and eating space and exterior view from river. in a semi-realistic pho-toshop way like above. Could maybe be included in document 2.
4. Plans and sectionsa)Develope plans and sections to think about FOOD eating and ripening spaces. also to include redesigns of bedroom tree spaces, hedge toilets and outdoor jet grouting pools. b) to render them with users’ activities. and to further mark the differences between the privacy of the spaces as orginally made in zones diagram above using architectural elements (not just floor pattern)

For comfortable sharing eating experience3 flats are clustered to make as few variations possible to make it cheaper/easier to build. Also these eating spaces could be combined larger parties i.e for a group. See next column.
A joint number of clustersgrouped according to program here access to everyone but of more responsibility of the group
These extra communal spaces willbe arranged according to what cluster is appropriate. eg. Energy is needed for running of computersand rainwater is needed for showers.

This space should be easily accessed by everyone as the main space for the whole community to meet once a month. This also doubles as event space.
