Service Training by MWM
a worthwhile investment
Training and Qualification of Customer- and Operator Personnel
Availability, reliability and durability of equipment and power units are highly dependent on proper operation and service by
qualified and experienced operating and service personnel. For this purpose MWM offers, apart from the training of in-house
personnel and service staff of MWM Service Organisation, also for customers and operators staff servicerelated seminars onMWM products.
Cross-System Information
Through the comprehensive competence of MWM in the engine technology, the contents of the individual training courses are
always holistically oriented and provide sound, easily comprehensible know-how with cross-system information.
Centralised and Decentralised Trainings
The courses are held at the Training Centre. If required basic training and further training can also be organised regionally. In terms
of content, it is possible to choose between ongoing courses that built on each other and compact,topic-related individual seminars.

Customer Training by MWM
Comprehensive like the PracticeFrom Theory and Practice
The content of all the training courses have a clear structure designed in accordance with the latest didactic methods and proceed
from the formation of theoretical basic principles to their concrete practical application. This effective methods helps the
participants to acquire deeper knowledge and thus a more secure understanding, particularly in very complex technical fields.
Practice-oriented Learning
Practice-oriented learning in small groups is to come to the fore.Under guidance of qualified trainers, the participants translate
their acquired theoretical knowledge into practice on various engines and simulator facilities. Component repairs in accordance
with design specifications refer to the installation of genuine spare parts. Manual or mechanical cutting operations are not dealt
with the seminars.
