Mutus Liber, is one of the iconography of reference in the field of Alchemy, it consists of 15 boards ofdrawings alchemical practically without any text, it is the reason of its title "Mutus Liber": the dumbbook. Only a text appears on page 1 and page 15. It is supposed that the author would be Altus, anagram of Sulat: it would act Jacob Saulat, sior of Marez,and that it would have written it at the XVIIème century.
