Mutation is a brand that focuses on the natural curvy women of today. Promoting a healthy body weight and body image is essential to this brand, focusing on figure hugging and garments that accentuate a woman’s figure. With the main inspiration for this collection being distorted plants and flowers, it’s clear that the colours and silhouettes play a key part in the collection content. This collection is aimed at a high-street women swear, I want the collection to focus on young women 20-35, who aim to be trendsetting and androgynous. I looked at Rita Ora at my ideal target market, a woman who does a lot of research on her fashion, who isn’t afraid to break the boundaries of fashion. This collection mainly focus’ on the silhouette of a women’s body, editing, and aggregating the curves of the body.
