After being stewed for hours and hours, this

delicious dish is sure to cure you of the cold

winter weather!

Cocido is a pork stew flavoured with chickpea, chorizo and vegetables and is the go-to winter

dish here in Madrid.

Jamón Ibérico

Jamón Ibérico may well be known as one of Spain’s most famous foods, and we can see why. Its meaty, salty taste is a firm favourite of ours!

The best quality Jamón Ibérico comes from black pigs, originally from the South of Spain.
