MUST KNOW MOVE-IN TIPS AND FAQ MOVE-IN DAY Keys - Your mailbox key and townhome key should be here on the counter (see reverse side map for mailbox building locaon) Rent - Any rent due will be posted to your online account. This typically is posted within two days of move-in. UTILITIES Water, sewer, and electricity should be on in our name. If you haven't already done so, please trans- fer all account into your name within 4 business days. Emergency Water Cut-Off Valve - Please be sure to locate the emergency water cut-off valve within your townhome. This will come in handy if you ever have a pipe burst, leak , or any other water situaon. [1 bedroom townhomes - valve located in bedroom closet; 2 bedroom townhomes - valve located in rear bedroom closet] Dishwasher - If you noce your dishwasher is not working, locate the dishwasher switch on the wall to the right of the kitchen sink, beneath the kitchen cabinets (look for the switch labeled ‘DW’). DECOR Nails VS Scky Command Strips - You are welcome to hang decor (curtains, shelves, etc.). However, we prefer you use nails rather than that scky stuff. Normal nail and screw holes are acceptable and are NOT deducted from your security deposit during move out. Shower - The townhome does not include a shower curtain rod. When on the hunt look for a 60” rod and while you’re at it pick out a nice curtain to go with your feng shui.
