Final Choice

We have chosen the song ‘We don’t have to take our clothes off’ (whipped Cream remix) because we realise that the

variety of paces within the song can work to our advantage and we can use a number of different fast paced and slow paced shots both long and short. This mans we are able to explore a bigger range of camera shots within this song

rather than if we had chosen one of our other choices. As a group we all enjoy the style of this particular song and

agree that it would fit a range of shot types.

Our Ideas

We have decided that a concept based video – basing it around enjoying ourselves and having fun is much more

suited to this song rather than a narrative based video. We would ideally like to shoot in summery locations however by the time we have completed our research and planning this may not be possible since it will be October time. We will base our video around one female artist who will be

having a good time in a variety of locations.

LocationsSome of the locations that we would like to film at are:

• Beach – we would like to use this location because it represents summer and a positive atmosphere. We would film various shots f our artist having an enjoyable and youthful day at the beach. An issue with this is considering the weather aspect since it is already autumn and no longer Summer.

• Festival – We would use shots of the crowds at festivals because it will represent the dance genre and shows a positive atmosphere. The issue with this is that we will need to attend a festival to get the footage.

• Club – This would be an ideal location because it is a common convention of the dance genre, it is also a good, lively atmosphere the issue with this is that we are under the age of 18 and would be difficult to get into this location to film.

• Theme Park – This is something that is associated with having fun and a good time and so we think this would be a good location. We would use a go pro to get shots of them on the rides and walking around the theme park.
