Change is Good!! Improvements Under Way JUNE 2011 Summer Concerts Begin this Month This extremely popular summer concert series kicks off for the 2011 season on Thursday, June 16th at 6:30 pm with a return of one of last year's most exciting groups, PA- PERBACK WRITER: THE BEATLES EXPERIENCE. This band will be a great evening of musical entertain- ment. If you have been near the Driving Range lately, you may have noticed some changes happening! With the recent remodel of the Range House interior, we are pleased to announce the addition of new snack and beverage service in the Range House for our customers. The next few weeks should see even more improvements as the completion of the Range Fence project is near. Once the available ground is rehabilitated, more tee space will be available for practice on the Driving Range. We are also in the process of improving the Swing Analysis Center at the back for the Golf School at Tustin Ranch to be able to provide a much fuller golf instruction package for students of all levels. If you have been thinking of either buying new clubs or taking lessons in an effort to improve your game, the award-winning Golf School at Tustin Ranch is the place to be. Sign up for either Group Lessons, Semi-Private, or Private Lessons with our instructional staff or receive a club-fitting by our 'Top 100 U.S. Clubfitters' staff. Visit our website at www.tustinranchgolf.com for more information about the current programs available. Or call 714-734-2104 for assis- tance from a staff member. The popularity of our concerts has grown from year to year and we expect the same for 2011. With the limited space available for parking, if you could please arrange to car-pool, we would appreciate it. Also, we would like to remind everyone while some seating is availabile, it is limited. It's a good idea to arrive early or to bring a blanket or lawn chair. Food and beverage will be available to purchase: no outside food or beverage is permitted. Please plan to join us on the third Thursday of each summer month through September for a night of fun under the stars.

The weekend of May 14th-15th was full of good golf, not only for the television viewers, but also for the competing Members of The Club at Tustin Ranch. Seventy golfers participated in this hugely successful event featuring some changes from the previous years. Instead of the traditional Friday start, we switched it to be a Saturday-Sunday event. Also new this year was the 9-hole Putting Contest on the small practice green (Congratulations to the winner, receiving a new putter.) Another new feature was the "Tournament Tee Markers," a combination of the black, blue, and white teeing areas designed to provide a bit more interest. Saturday also featured a BBQ lunch on the patio before the start, and the always popular Horserace after the round. Finally, new this year, at Sunday's awards banquet the winners of Low Gross and Low Net of each flight received trophies. The entire staff of Tustin Ranch Golf Club would like to thank each of our participating Members and their Guest for joining us this year.

Congratulations to Bryan Linsky and Justin Poyser, pictured above, 2011 Member Guest Champions!

MONSTER DAY RETURNS !

Another feature of the Father's Day weekend this year is the return of the Monster Day Tournament, the event where the course is realllly realllllly extra tough, and if you beat the Pro's score, you get great prizes!
