FIREMAN SAFETY Services and maintains its intellectual and proprietaryrights to all Company information, such as but not limited to trade secrets.

Training waiver: - You are hereby advised that during your tenure withFIREMAN SAFETY SERVISES, you may be nominated to attended externaltraining courses, the cost of which will be borne by the Company. Shouldyou leave the Company within 12 Months of completing the training course(due to resignation or termination), you will reimburse the Company 100%of the courses fee, should you the Company after 12 months and before 24months of completing the course, you will reimburse the Company 50% ofcourse fee.
