SECURITY DETAIL OF POLO(MUSEVENI) DURING HELICOPTER FLIGHTS

(IN-HOUSE AIR TRAVEL)

Polo is the most protected president in Africa for obvious reasons. There are 37 known

ADF cells within in Uganda. They were searched traced and raided but they still survive.

SFC is watching and raids can be conducted as long as the top commands sees fit.

From 2015, after the JPAM – CIA leaked plots, Polo invited the Russia FSB to tighten the

presidential security with capacity to pre-empty, foil, derail and counter any form of

hostilities at the top of the range.

THE INTEGRATED AIR AND GROUND DEFENCE SYSTEM (IAGDS)

This system was designed to defend POLO and no one else except those that move with

POLO. All presidential transport means have Mobile IAGDS Command Post with the

Central Command at SFC Headquarters in Entebbe. The mobile IAGDS include the

Presidential motorcade, Helicopters and Presidential jet.

This system is made of; 4 Surveillance aircrafts, 4 drones, 4 MI-8 helicopters including

the Presidential Helicopter, 2 Apache Attack helicopters, 6 Sukhoi SU-30 and Ground

Based Artillery.

DRONES AND SURVEILANCE AIRCRAFTS

1. Four (4) DA42 Surveillance Light Aircraft

2. Four (4) Drones- two (2) CH-4B and two (2) CH-5

These, each carries

- 441 pounds of payload in the internal weapons bay

- 2,205 pounds of external payload

- 16 - precision guided missiles;

NOTE: Apart from the Presidential Jet, the motorcade has a drone control system in the

fourth vehicle behind POLO’s vehicle directly controlling a CH-5 flying at 40,000 ft above

the presidential motorcade covering 360 degrees of diameter 200km. The information

collected is processed by both the mobile command post and the IAGDS Central Command

in Entebbe.

STRIKE RANGE

These armed drones are capable of tracking targets during day and night and can strike

targets 100km away.

SUKHOI SU-30

The IAGDS controls 6 SU-30 fighter aircrafts. These so called advance fighters have;

3. Top speed at Mach 2 – 2,120km/h making it able to fly from the north to the south

boarder of Uganda in less than 10min

4. A combat radius of 1,300km making it able to locate targets 200km in Kenya,

220km into Rwanda, 190km into Tanzania, 300km into DRC, 170km into South

Sudan and 65km into Ethiopia at once.

5. It has a range of 3,000km

6. Ferry Range of 8,000km

7. Service Ceiling of 17.3km or 56,800ft. This makes it harder to target by surface to

air anti-aircraft missiles

8. It has a climbing rate of 300m/s

includes under surface and under water targets

9. It has Electronic warfare system capable of jamming cellular networks, radio

communications, radar jamming and Local radio call networks

10. It can attack ground targets 300km away with high precision.

11. It has an advanced (AESA) Active Electronically Scanned Array

12. It has XBand Radar which is able to track 30 aerial targets. In the scan mode, it

can engage 6 targets simultaneously and it has (FF) fire and forget capability

13. The AESA has capability to do Ground mapping and this makes it able to

provide strategic operational military information.

NOTE

Every time POLO is in transit especially on a Chopper or motor convoy, the drone flies

above reporting live feeds. This is how many hostile attempts have been foiled.

In case of any fierce assault on POLO, maximum response is expected to be in place in just

7minutes at the furthest range. The Apache Attack Helicopters do the further re-

enforcement once deemed necessary.

For helicopter route charts, the routes are disclosed to the pilot hours before take-off and

the central command keeps track of the chopper aided by the escorting drone. Any forms

of external threats are easily detected and deterred before they take effect.

POLO’s SECURITY DETAIL

The inner most circle is made of 6 six body guards and the seventh being the personal

body guard.

25 battle hardened personnel take on the advanced team including 6 snipers and 6 spotters.

Two artillery vehicles and two battle tanks in remote areas or armored Mambas for urban

warfare. There are always 6 units of anti-aircraft guns and four units of armor piercing

guns.

The convoy is made of 36 personnel (Specialists) including 4 snipers and four spotters, 4

making the gun group, 12 rifle group, 4 command post and 4 compose the artillery unit. 2

bomb squad, 2 ICT, 2 Communication and 2 – 4 Intelligence coordination Unit.

COMMENTS

Polo has galvanized himself against any form of external threats. All units making the

presidential security are either on duty or under training. Duty leave is a rare occasion.

Internal jobs (betrayals) are the only threats Polo has and the only conspiracies that can

take him out. Though, he least expects this.

All personnel making up the presidential security detail are trained and mind controlled to

protect POLO and the First Family. Ruminants are rare and once detected and suspicion

rates at 10% death; is obvious.

Death threats to the president are treated with terminal seriousness and investigations are

done to the greatest depth possible.

Random aptitude tests are done to personnel according to personnel assessment. Russians

FSB experts handle the assessment process.

CONCLUSION

POLO can never allow his security to be compromised by external hostilities and he boasts

of foiling many of such attempts. Though, he is aware that he lacks full control of the way

of thought of all the people around him much as he has tried to place relatives, friends and

friends of friends in key positions to minimize betrayals.
