– Service Plane solution introduces new services in access multiplexer• Implementation & demonstration

of two services within the IST-MUSE project– D-SBC: improved Scalability / Robustness / Quality / Security– Video QoS Monitoring for VoD (TCP) & Broadcast TV (RTP/RTCP)

services to improve user Quality of Experience (QoE)

> Further work• QoS monitoring is being translated in QoE improvement/control
