CAUTIONARY STATEMENT ON

FORWARD-LOOKING INFORMATION

Certain information contained or incorporated by reference in this presentation, including any information as to our future financial or operating performance, constitutes "forward-looking statements". All statements, other than statements of historical fact, are forward-looking statements. The words "believe", "expect", "anticipate", "contemplate", "target", "plan", "intends", "continue", "budget", "estimate", "may", "will", "schedule" and similar expressions identify forward-looking statements. Forward-looking statements are necessarily based upon a number of estimates and assumptions that, while considered reasonable by us, are inherently subject to significant business, economic and competitive uncertainties and contingencies. Known and unknown factors could cause actual results to differ materially from those projected in the forward-looking statements. Such factors include, but are not limited to: fluctuations in the currency markets (such as the Canadian versus

the U.S. dollar); fluctuations in the spot and forward price of gold or certain other commodities (such as copper); changes in national and local government legislation, taxation, controls, regulations and political or economic developments in Canada or other countries in which we do or may carry on business in the future; business opportunities that may be presented to, or pursued by, us; operating or technical difficulties in connection with mining exploration or development activities; employee relations; the speculative nature of gold exploration and development, including the risks of obtaining necessary licenses and permits; diminishing quantities or grades of reserves; and contests over title to properties, particularly title to undeveloped properties. In addition, there are risks and hazards associated with the business of gold exploration, development and mining, including environmental hazards, industrial accidents, unusual or unexpected formations, pressures, cave-ins, flooding and gold bullion losses (and the risk of inadequate insurance, or inability to

obtain insurance, to cover these risks). Many of these uncertainties and contingencies can affect our actual results and could cause actual results to differ materially from those expressed or implied in any forward-looking statements made by, or on behalf of, us. You are cautioned that forward-looking statements are not guarantees of future performance. All of the forward-looking statements made in this presentation are qualified by these cautionary statements. We disclaim any intention or obligation to update or revise any forward-looking statements whether as a result of new information, future events or otherwise, except to the extent required by applicable laws.

Murgor Golden Arrow Property – Summary

Work Completed - February 2011 to March 2012:

Results / Milestones:

Next Step

Greatly expanded the gold mineralized zone to 1,050 m in length, 42 m of average width and up to 425 m in depth

Significantly enhanced the open pit bulk tonnage potential of the deposit

Two new discoveries at surface: “West Extension” (600 m west of pit) and “South Target” (1 km south of pit)

Defined numerous high potential exploration targets at the property-scale

Acquired new ground surrounding the deposit

Compilation and digitization of all existing data production of a 43-101 Technical Report

High resolution helicopter-borne magnetic survey

Ground geophysics (IP)

Mechanical trenching

57 drill holes for a total of 16,501 m

Earned a 40% interest in the property more than six months ahead of schedule

www.murgor.com MGR: TSX-V

19

Complete earn-in of 55% before February 2013 through $400,000 exploration expenditures and $1M cash payment

Continue to expand the Main Mineralized Zone through drilling (particularly at the West Extension

Systematic infill and step-out drilling in preparation for resource estimate

Drill test a number of high priority exploration targets including the South Target

Investigate the economic viability of the project

www.murgor.com MGR: TSX-V

24

A near-term producer with expanding resources at Golden Arrow Gold Mine

New high potential grassroots gold exploration properties in Quebec and Ontario

Two feasibility-stage copper-gold projects in Manitoba (Wim and Hudvam)

One advanced gold project in Ontario (Golden Arrow)

A number of Grassroots Gold and Copper exploration projects in Manitoba, Quebec and Ontario

At January 31, 2012

Adjacent to existing infrastructure owned by Hudbay Minerals

In a belt where existing resources are depleting and mine closures are imminent

In a safe and mining-friendly jurisdiction

Page 25: Murgor presentation

MURGOR’S STRATEGY IN TODAY’S MARKETS

WEATHERING THE ECONOMIC STORM / CASH PRESERVATION:

MURGOR INTENDS TO CONTINUE EXPLORING THE GOLDEN ARROW PROJECT:

MURGOR INTENDS TO MONETIZE ITS 100% OWNED MANITOBA ASSETS:

MURGOR WILL OPTION ITS NON-CORE EXPLORATION PROJECTS:

www.murgor.com MGR: TSX-V

25

Murgor operates on a very lean administrative budget.

Should there be a need, Murgor has sufficient funds to weather a long “Economic Storm”

To increase the gold resource already defined below and on strike with the current open pit.

To earn its full interest in the project ($1.4M expenditures and cash payments before February 4th 2013)

Hudbay Minerals has a buyback option on the projects until September 12, 2012 that could

generate over $2M in revenue.

Should Hudbay not exercise its right to buy back before September 12, 2012, its interest will

be reduced to a 2% NSR and Murgor will be in a position to sell to any prospective buyer.

Leveraging the risks associated with exploration and reducing exploration expenditures

Generating some revenue

Acquiring shares in other companies in these depressed markets.
