Printing Information

materials: murals are printed on smartstick repositionable wall covering, solid vinyl fabric-backed wallcovering, or artist quality canvas. all are printed with uv protected inks with a 20 year indoor faderesistance. all are washable with mild soap and water. smartstick murals may be reinstalled over and over. vinyl murals are tear proof, fire resistant and may be removed and reinstalled once. canvas may only beinstalled once and is not flame resistant like vinyl.

production & delivery: murals are produced andshipped within 10 business days from the date of theapproved order.

samples: samples are available for purchase.this cost is non-refundable, but will be credited backto you when you order your full size mural.

panels: the number of panels that make up yourmural is determined by the size of the mural. ourmaximum size per panel is 51”. any orders thatexceed 51” will have multiple panels that will incor-porate overlap. we print a 2” overlap on all panels toensure the image will line up during installation.

for gallery images, the minimum size is 24 sq.ft. forcustom images the minimum size is 12 sq. ft. there is nomaximum mural size.

how much do murals cost?

do you accept international orders?

yes. we welcome international orders and will ship to alllocations served by ups or fed ex.

are wall murals easy to install?

many customers install their murals themselves, it’s quiteeasy, but if you are not comfortable with hanging wall paper, we recommend that you consult a member of the guild ofprofessional paper hangers. to find a paper hanger nearyou, visit: http://www.ngpp.org/zipcode/find.html

are the murals pre-pasted?

no they are not pre-pasted. vinyl and canvas will requirea pre-mixed paste. our smartstick material does not

require paste, simply peel and stick. can a mural be cleaned?

yes. you may lightly wash your mural with mild soap andwater. excessive scrubbing or harsh materials may damage the printed surface.

what if my wall is not smooth?

if installing on a rough surface we recommend the installation of a “liner paper”, followed by 2coats of flat latex paint. a liner paper is simplyblank wallpaper which covers irregularitiesin the wall surface.

will my wall be damaged when i remove a wallmural to redecorate?

murals your way murals are easy to removewithout chemicals and will not damage walls. please call us if you have questions about yourproject’s surface.

can i install a wall mural in a bathroom or otherhigh moisture area?

yes, but we recommend that our vinyl and canvaswall murals be coated with a water -basedpolyurethane (1-2 light coats) to protect it frommoisture. if you suspect moisture exists behind thewall, an adhesive containing mildewcide shouldbe used.
