Introductions. 2. Minutes: The meeting minutes from December 9, 2015 were adopted as written. 3. Announcements: San Francisco Wholesale Produce Market is now LEED CS Gold certified. This is the first LEED Core and Shell certification in the city portfolio. SF Municipal LEED projects now total 5,767,441 square feet. Weekly green building educational sessions are held at SF Environment office, 1455 Market St. Suite 1200 most Thursdays at noon. 4. Waiver Requests: None. 5. Municipal Project Reports: Michael Hummel of EBS presented the LEED CS Gold San Francisco Wholesale Produce Market. 6. Presentation: Renee Azerbegi and Devika Kumar of Ambient Energy presented the WELL Building Standard®. The WELL Building Standard is an evidence-based system for measuring, certifying and monitoring the performance of building features that impact health and well-being. 7. Old Business: SF Environment Code LEED v4 amendment draft was discussed. Comments due by Feb. 10. Municipal Construction and Demolition Debris Diversion Report was postponed. Better Roofs policy update was discussed. Proposed Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure requirement was discussed. 8. New Business: None 9. Public Comment: None
