Multimax Creations Sdn Bhd (868489-U) was incorporated in Malaysia on the

14nd day of August 2009. We have been in business for over 8 years, serving clients

in Malaysia.

Multimax Creations Sdn Bhd was established to undertake business related to

Building and Facilities Maintenance and Cleaning Services and also within its

associate companies provide Hardware design and Software development

services within the Information Technology business sphere.

Within the company, we have relevant Expertise and Engineers who are

competent in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering and also IT service

industries.

In IT within the academic and business sphere, we mainly focus on building

management system including mobile application with web enable services. We

have vast experience in Ministry of Education projects in Malaysia, Singapore and

India.

We are able to provide end to end IT solution to businesses involved in

infrastructure works, building services, civil, mechanical and electrical projects.

We also provide complete management solutions to our cliental.

Hon. Dato' Sri Noor Muzammil is the Chairman of Multimax Creations Sdn Bhd. He is aprofessional holding a double degree in Mechanical & Production Engineering. He graduatedfrom Kingston University, London, England. He has worked in British Gas PLC London, where hehead and managed all aspects of Downstream Gas Distribution Networks, Head the Operationsincluding Construction, Plant and Project Division.

Between 1990 to 1995 he was employed by ESSO Production (M) Inc.in Malaysia where hemanaged various Civil Engineering Projects on Esso's oil & gas platforms in the South China Sea.He was appointed as Malaysia's first Resident Engineering on Malaysia's largest Oil & GasProduction facility, the Seligi Alpha Production Complex and also the Resident Engineer for theTerengganu Crude Oil & Gas Terminal (TCOT) in Kerteh, Terengganu. He has over 20 years of Oil& Gas Downstream and Upstream experience at senior management level.

In early 1995, he was handpicked by the Chairman of DRB-HICOM Conglomerate (the late Tan SriYahya Bin Ahmad) to manage Special Projects for the Group. He was entrusted to initiate andimplement a RM1.2Billion National Car Project in collaboration with PSA Citroen International.He was responsible for the set up of the automotive manufacturing plant in Pekan, Pahang andthe marketing and distribution companies throughout Malaysia. With the demise of the Chairmanof the DRB-HICOM Group in September 1997, he left DRB-HICOM Group to start his own business.

Hon. Dato' Sri Noor Muzammil has diversified interests and extensive experience in CorporateMalaysia. His field of expertise is in the Oil & Gas, Marine, Automotive Manufacturing,Infrastructure Development and Plantations.

Hon. Dato’ Sri never stops expanding his vision and developing interest in the fast moving world.His great passion, experiences and vast knowledge in several fields have made him a sought aftercompany Chairman.

He is at present the South East Asia Investment Advisor to a London based Investment groupCavendish Capital llc. London.

He is also the Co-Chairman of World Coin Ltd, a company related to Gold Assets Investment andTrading based in Dubai, UAE.

Megat Muzaffar is a graduate of University of Notre Dame, Indiana, U.S.A 1992. Heholds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering. He is the GeneralManager of Multimax Creations Sdn Bhd and heads the Building Maintenance andCleaning Services Division.

Megat Muzaffar has over 25 years experience in various companies in Malaysiaand regionally.

He was a director of a CIDB G7 construction company where he activelyparticipated in negotiations with government and private sector officials onvarious issues ranging from construction, procurement, regulatory and planning.His involvement in the construction sector lands him a senior managementposition as the Chief Operating Officer of an MCMC-Licensed “Network FacilityProvider” company specializing in telco structure construction and leasing.

He was appointed as the Executive Vice President, Corporate Planning andDevelopment of Destination Perak Sdn Bhd, entrusted to spearhead the setting upof the state subsidiary company. He was also a member of the SeniorManagement Committee and a permanent member of the BOD Committee.

He was the Manager of the Localization and Parts Development for DRBAutomobile Division (Usahasama Proton-DRB).

His involvement with Petronas and its foray into international markets began asPetronas subsidiary first Regional Manager for Malaysian International TradingCorporation (MITCO), based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. He was subsequentlyappointed as MITCO Malaysia representative on the Vietnam PetrochemicalMasterplan team spearheaded by Petronas.
