We analyse the file for any potential design challenges, such as any corrupted characters, to check if all graphics are accounted for, and if all text can be extracted for translation. We’ll then extract the text, using the latest technology, to ensure you are able to benefit from Translation Memory. Once the translation is complete, our specialists incorporate the translations back into the original file. We will also run comparisons throughout the process to ensure the end document contains all the information that was present in the original.
We can work with a variety of file formats and versions e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Quark etc. on either PC or Mac platforms. We can provide high resolution, print-ready PDF files for clients who require this, in addition to the translated design files.

To ensure that this process is as simple as possible for you, we just need the original source design file. We can handle documents created on a PC or a Mac, and we are able to work with various versions of Windows. Send us the full design package (all graphics, fonts, etc.) and we’ll handle the rest.
