Coaching Certificate Going beyond the foundations

Why choose this course?

This course will develop you into a professional coach!

The 5-day course will begin by teaching you the coaching foundations then move to more in-depth techniques and methods of coaching. Through a mixture of experiential learning, coaching demonstrations and supervised coaching practice, you will learn how to conduct a full coaching process and gain feedback on your own coaching practice.

Additionally, to build on your personal development and self-awareness, you will have the opportunity to complete the EQ-i 2.0 assessment, an Emotional Intelligence assessment. You will be given a 1:1 feedback session with your EQ-i 2.0 report facilitator which will help in equipping you to coach effectively.

The course provides 50 hours of coach specific training and is aligned with the Association for Coaching’s Ethics and Competencies. The course can also be used as a springboard towards your own individual accreditation as the course is designed around the Association for Coaching requirements for any subsequent accreditation applications (if you choose to proceed to the next stage).

We have designed the ‘Multidisciplinary Coaching Certificate’ to go beyond the standard coaching certificates so that you are ready to take the next steps to developing your own coaching approach and practice.
