INTRODUCTION

The role of MultiD in the project was the following: • Develop software algorithms for HLA typing classifications and for the identification of those markers that give highest

sensitivity and specific for dietary decision.

• Working together with the hospital partners validating the software algorithms developed with the cohort study planned.

• Performing statistical analysis for validation of partners data and reporting the results

Description of role in project (Develop software algorithms for HLA typing classifications) Names of people involved in project: Anders Bergqvist (Ph.D), Daniel Lindh (M.Sc.), Johan Hult (B.Sc), Amin Forootan (M.Sc.)

SIGNIFICANT ACHIEVEMENTS

By developing state of the art algorithms within the CD_MEDICS project and integrating them into the GenEx platform MultiD has been

able to provide an advance and user friendly product for the market. Today GenEx is considered to be the market leader and the best

Data Analysis Software for Real-Time PCR. Several institutions and Universities around the world are using GenEx as a training

platform for the Real-Time PCR data analyses and around 1000 scientists are trained with GenEx each year. Our position as market

leader opened doors for collaborations and partnerships with large companies working in life sciences. Today MultiD collaborates with

Roche, Life Technologies, Exiqon and many others.
