Short outline / Proposal concept I

Objective of the proposal:

The objective of the proposal is an adaptation of the existing technology of multi payload injection used on Ukrainian launcher, for European launchers. It would allow to provide the separation of any number of spacecrafts at any physically justified points of trajectory. The project’s product will be a GNC algorithm and software package, which will realize proposal technology. As we know, in Europe some aspects of this problem are not solved yet, e.g. very often multiple payload logic is realized by hard-coded timeline. The proposed technology covers quite all of aspects of multiple payload mission.

Objective of the proposal:

Short introduction into the state-of-the-artNowadays there is no common (unified) conception of multi-payload release. Every time, for every mission, this problem is being solved individually, without respect to the experience of previous (or parallel) solutions. That leads to considerable costs for developing, modification and testing of the GNC algorithms and on-board software with respect to requirements of customer. Evidently, that the development of the modern unified conception of multi-payload release is necessary.
