There is a universe where 7

worlds coexist with each other.

Each world has its own distinct

culture and they have all lived in

peace and harmony. However, a

young girl rises who wishes to

dominate all 7 worlds.

Chou-Chou: “I’m going to take

over all of the worlds!”

C H A R A C T E R S

Chou-ChouMain Character of Mugen Souls. She decides to take over the universe because she thought the 7 worlds “looked” pretty. She has the ability to enslave anyone and anything that she charms. She also has the ability to transform into various forms and when she does, her personality changes as well.

ShampluAnyone or anything that has been enslaved by Shushu becomes a Shamplu. People who are strong enough can retain their original form, but if they were weak you will become one of these rabbit-like organisms.

C H A R A C T E R S

AltisA former demon who has turned into an angel. She is extremely clumsy. When she was a demon, she tried to do evil things, but they ended up being good deeds. Eventually, she did enough good things that she ended up reincarnating as an angel. She hopes to one day become a demon again.

C H A R A C T E R S

RyutoChou-Chou’s very first peon. He was an adventurer traveling the universe with his galactic battleship, but he fell in love with Chou-Chou. He was enslaved and his battleship was taken away, but he’s quite happy to be with Chou-Chou.

F L O W O F G A M E

G-CASTLEThe G-Castle will be your main HQ. From here, you can access the various shops and talk to the villagers for information. Depending on your story progression, an event may occur here.

7 WORLDSAfter you prepare for adventure, you can choose from any of the 7 worlds you wish to travel to and continue your adventure.

FIELD MAPOnce you enter a world, you can freely travel around the field map. There will be various monsters roaming around, so it is dangerous, but you can also find hidden treasures and items.

EVENT SCENESAs you progress through the game, event scenes will occur to set the setting and your goal. Here you will find out what you must accomplish.

BATTLESIf you encounter an enemy, you will enter a turn-based battle. Some event scenes will make you enter a battle as well.

BATTLESHIP BATTLESBattle ship combat normally occurs after an event scene. Here you will have to operate your galactic ship for a naval space battle!

Mugen Souls adopts a free roaming style battle map with a turn-based system!

Use the left analog stick to move your unit. Pressing the X button will open the command menu.

You can attack targets that are within your range.

When targeting an enemy, if your friendly units are within attack range and if their action turn is in line with yours, you can execute a spectacular combo attack!

COMBO ATTACKS

CRYSTALSWhen a crystal is present on the battlefield, it will cast a special effect, like no boundaries, limits on victory conditions, alter unit stats, etc. Also, crystals can be destroyed by applying damage to them. Once destroyed, you will enter Hyper Mode. During Hyper Mode, a Hyper Sphere will appear throughout the battlefield, and by knocking enemies into these spheres, like in a pinball machine, you will create a powerful combo.

HYPER MODEHyper spheres will appear in the air, so you will have to use moves that knock enemies up. Air combos can be executed without Hyper Mode and they will give you more bonus points than normal combos.

MOE KILL By executing the Moe Kill skill, you can enslave enemies/crystals, turn enemies into items, or make enemies enter berserker mode.

Once the Moe Kill is executed, you will select a combination of phrases to say to your target. You will have to select a combination of phrases that work, and if you choose the right combo, you will be able to seduce the enemy.

You should decide what to say for your Moe Kill by checking the enemy’s emotional status. If they look sad, you might want to cheer them up.

PEON’S WRATHDuring battles, you can stock up on GP points to eventually execute a move called Peon’s Wrath. This is a special move that is extremely powerful, but it does have its own risks. If you are able to max out the GP points, you can execute a galactic sized Peon’s Wrath.

If your friendly units become incapacitated or you ignore peon commands, the risk of explosion will increase.

If Peon’s Wrath explodes, you will take massive damage.

MINI PEON’S WRATH

Mini Peon’s Wrath takes effect when you successfully enslave an enemy as your peon. You can either recover HP or deal damage to enemies.

C U S TO M I Z AT I O N

In Mugen Souls, you can create your own army of custom characters. You will begin by choosing a character class. Each job class will have different skills and stats.

CHARACTER CREATION

APPEARANCESYou may choose your characters’ appearance by changing various body parts, like facial expression, color, and voice type.

Later in the game, if you wish to change your job class you can do so. The skills and stats you had before will be carried over, even after the job change, so you can create your own custom fighter.

JOB CHANGE

STATUS CARRYOVEROne distinctively unique customization feature is status carryover. It works by selecting a base unit and carrying the base stats of that character to a new custom character. By doing this, you can create a powerful character from the beginning. The drawback is that both the base character and the new character will begin again from level 1.
