I currently work on Lenovo, HP, MACBOOKS, IPhones and Android devices. Allied Document Solutions & Services, Swedesboro, NJ [4/2013-8/2013] (Temporary/Contract)My responsibility was to service customer and contract customers with their printer and copier needs. I worked with Toshiba, HP, Xerox copy machines and HP, Dell, Lexmark, Brother, Ricoh printers. I maintained my own inventory and stock as well as making my own customer relationships and trust. I was a part of many brand new installs and also was able see many new machines that had just been released on the market. I would make sure that all customers and end users were fully trained and able to use the machines before my installs were completed.

State Farm, Central Jersey [12/2012 – March/2013] (4 Month Contract with Sedona Technologies) Aero Install Technician/Windows 7 Technician My responsibilities are to remove older existing Computer equipment in the offices scheduled for me. I would install new HP Windows 7 Machines and new HP All in One Printers (HP 8600) and HP Single Ink Jet Printers (HP 8100). I would load the machines with the provided State Farm software and also set up their NAS server device to make sure all of their files were carried over from previously removed server. I followed a step by step IBM/State Farm guide for every install and I would do a brief training afterwards to make sure the agent and

employees understood how to use their new equipment.
