Homeland of Blaise Pascal, the region has a rich history and culture whose charm we invite you to discover. Clermont- Ferrand is easily accessible from all countries by plane, train or car (see website). The previous editions were held in Romania, beginning in 1972 under the patronage of IFToMM and RSR. This is the first edition to be organized outside Romania and we hope to give it a strong international flavour. Aim

The aim of the joint conference is to bring

The registration fees are:

Early Registration/IFToMM Members: 300 Euros

Registration after February 15, 2012: 400 Euros

Students/Accompanying Person: 200 Euros

The registration fee includes attendance of the

conference, one copy of the proceedings, 3 lunches,

refreshment breaks and the conference gala dinner.

Submission, presentation and publication

The official language of the joint conference is

English. Each paper will be reviewed, and the

papers selected by the Scientific Committee will be

published in the periodical “Applied Mechanics and

Materials” available in full text online at

www.scienctific.net

indexed by SCOPUS and monitored by all major

abstract media. All submitted papers must be

strictly prepared following the publication

guidelines.

Clermont-Ferrand provides accommodation in

several hotels of various categories situated in the

centre of the town or in the proximity of the
