Hebrews 12:26

(26) whose voice then shook the earth: but now hehath promised, saying, Yet once more will I make to

tremble not the earth only, but also the heaven.

Wilderness of Sin Exodus 16:1

(1) And they took their journey from Elim, and all

the congregation of the children of Israel cameunto the wilderness of Sin, which is between

Elim and Sinai, on the fifteenth day of the second

month after their departing out of the land of

Egypt.

Wilderness of Sin Egypt is a reference to the World and

Worldly Living.

Is it not interesting to note that on the wayto the promised land they had to go through

the wilderness first?

To top it the wilderness is called SIN.

(3) and the children of Israel said unto them,

Would that we had died by the hand of Jehovahin the land ofEgypt, when we sat by the flesh-

pots, when we did eat bread to the full; for ye

have brought us forth into this wilderness, to kill

this whole assembly with hunger.

Wilderness of Sin Again the children of the Lord has to be

saved from the World and again will we

have to go through a Wilderness of SIN inorder to be saved.

There will be a drought of the Word of God

due to the SIN.A

(4) Then said Jehovah unto Moses, Behold, I

will rain bread from heaven for you; and thepeople shall go out and gather a day's portion

every day, that I may prove them, whether

they will walk in my law, or not.

Wilderness of Sin Did you notice that during this time the

LORD gave bread (the Word) and that

each one had to collect it THEMSELVES? Why? The Lord wants to see if you will

follow His Word or not.

(8) And Moses said, This shall be, when

Jehovah shall give you in the evening flesh toeat, and in the morning bread to the full; for

that Jehovah heareth your murmurings which ye

murmur against him: and what are we? your

murmurings are not against us, but againstJehovah.

Wilderness of Sin In the morning they received bread (the

Word) and in the evening (which refers to

sin) they received meat (the Lambcrucified).

As we get closer to the end God reveals

more and more to His children. Read withv12.

(12) I have heard the murmurings of the children

of Israel: speak unto them, saying,At even yeshall eat flesh, and in the morning ye shall be

filled with bread: and ye shall know that I am

Jehovah your God.

(10) And it came to pass, as Aaron spake unto

the whole congregation of the children of Israel,that they looked toward the wilderness, and,

behold, the glory of Jehovah appeared in the

cloud.

Wilderness of Sin In the cloud? Interesting! This makes me

think of Jesus' return on the cloud to fetch

His children - Rapture.

(22) And it came to pass, that on the sixth day

they gathered twice as much bread, two omersfor each one: and all the rulers of the

congregation came and told Moses.

Wilderness of Sin Just as we need to "gather" twice as much

of the Word before the end. Not only for our

daily need but also in preparation for thetime when we will be unable to do much.

refuse ye to keep my commandments and mylaws?

Wilderness of Sin Again there will be people who will refuse

to abide by God's Word.

(1) And all the congregation of the children of

Israel journeyed from the wilderness of Sin, bytheir journeys, according to the commandment of

Jehovah, and encamped in Rephidim: andthere

was no water for the people to drink.

Wilderness of Sin Remember, Jesus has the Living Water

and as long as we do not have Jesus we

can not have this living water.

of the elders of Israel.

"elders" in fact, it was the "elders" which

The Rapture? We know that the Antichrist is revealed 3.5

years into the 7 year Tribulation period

We know that we will see the Antichrist, sodoes the above verse make sense then?

pass. We are only allowed so much.

Remember as long as we do not have theimmortal bodies, we can not see God.

The Rapture? 1 Corinthians 15:52

(52) in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at

the last trump: forthe trumpet shall sound,and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and

Only when the trumpet sounded were the

people allowed to go to the mount! Just as we will only be Raptured at the Last

trump.

If Moses is a midrash of Jesus then Jesus
