Ensure that your analysis of the company's organizational dynamics includes such things as group and team behavior, leadership, conflict and negotiation, human resource practices, organizational culture, diversity, and any other related topics discussed in this course. You should not only analyze the current condition but also make recommendations for the organization to improve overall effectiveness.
