One of the greatest speeches I have heard is the one by Steve Jobs at Stanford University. This speech was about his life and difficulties he experienced to become CEO of Apple Corporation. In this speech, the first part was about his early years of his life. During this time, he was an adopted child, extremely poor and decided to drop out of university because of lacking money. However, he still followed his dream to create Apple. Then, he suffered a serious disease, and ignored it to pursue his journey to the end.What impressed me was his motivation to live and make his dream come true. I still remembered the last saying of his speech “ Stay hungry. Stay foolish. Keep searching”, which motivated all of us to listen our inner desire and voice. Before I heard this speech, I was lost, but latter, I realized that I needed to listen to my inner voice like him.In addition, though he experienced a serious disease, his passion for his career was admirable. Against doctor’s advice to stay at home, he continued working and died several years later despite the warning that he was going to die within two months. From this example, I learned a lesson that motivation and dream could conquer all difficulties and even death. Though this legendary man passed away, he was forever in my heart. Describe an apartment or house

I have not possessed a house of my own, but I am going to describe my dreamed house. 

People often desire for a house located in the center of the city with the most modern technology and nearest access to supermarkets, schools. However, my dreamed house should be situated near the beach. Here I can listen to the sound of wave, see the sunrise and sunset every day. As being a writer, I can draw a great source of inspiration from living here, give birth to wonderful works and bury myself in a serene environment. 

Besides, my house should be surrounded by trees and birds singing in the morning. A house close to nature refreshes my soul and teaches me how to protect the natural world before it is too late. Away from the crowd of cities, noise, pollution and competition, this ideal house near trees provides people a wonderful environment.

It would be great if the house is equipped with the latest technology as well. While still enjoying desirable nature of the world, I can still access Internet to keep myself updated. And finally, my house should be home where family members bring soul to it. When I come

back to my house, I can see my little children laughing out loud, talking with beloved people and smell the food done by my mother. 

I yearn for this house, and I work hard to buy such a house in no time.

I dream of travelling to as many countries as possible, but my favorite is America. This nation is located in North American continent and is said to be the leading nation in terms of economic. Even though it is a young country with some hundred years of history, it has risen to the top position as the most powerful nation in education, economics, technology and culture.

In education, this nation has top universities in the world from Havard, Yale to Standford. Here, students have chance to be taught by top-notch professors and access the most cutting -edge technology to research. I desire to set foot on this nation and study in Havard.

In economics, thanks to its innovative ideas in technology, it always has the latest product like I-phone and face-book. These products revolutionize the world and benefit any users, regardless of their backgrounds and income level. 

Its culture is cosmopolitan. I mean that it is diverse. You can meet any person from all walks of life from Latin America, Asia to Africa. Describe an important change in your lifePeople undergo a series of changes in their life since their childhood to adulthood. One of the most memorable changes I went through was the moment when I graduated from high school to college.

When I learnt at high school, I used to be surrounded by friends coming from the same region. I had many childhood friends to share ups and downs. However, entering university, I was shocked at first because I met people from all walks of life. I was at a loss to know and become familiar with them.

Besides, learning at high school, I received careful guidance from teachers and did a great amount of homework in preparation for entrance exam. Yet, at university, students were supposed to self-study and professors gave lectures without much attention to home-work completion of students. Therefore, I found it a bit hard to adapt to such an environment and nearly got lost in direction in the first semester. 

Even though I encountered initial difficulties in the new ambience, I finally conquered my nerve to gain achievements for myself and drew meaningful lessons during university years. I realize that I nurture my skill in enlarging relationship, self-study and become more independent than ever. Thanks to such a important change from high school to university, I, for the first time, understand that each period of life teaches you a different lesson. As long as you are an eager learner, things will become easy for you at the end of the day.

I hope to experience more changes in the future. With changes, we become innovative, active, ambitious and mature. Embrace changes, all students.

Due to their high speed, they could hardly brake in time to avoid hitting each other. What I could see was that their bodies were torn into pieces; their skulls were cut away from their bodies and slid towards the edge of pavement; blood was everywhere. I could hardly see such a picture again in my life. They died in front of my eyes, but I could not help. 

Suddenly I found myself at home. Where were I? Wow, thanks god, it was the night-mare, not the real-life. My clothes, however, got wet totally and so did my bed. I peed because of being scared

Through that accident night-mare, I come to realize that it is important to control vehicles on streets carefully within the allowed limit. Besides, it is essential to wear safety-helmet to protect your brain. Governments should impose stricter punishments on any case violating traffic rules.

Art plays a crucial part in our life. Some people think that the quality of prize winning art-work is continuously declining its real value while others claim that the true work of art still exists and even more develops . I partly agree with the latter view for the following reasons.

It is, firstly, believed that the quality of art declines because of economic reason. Some people who want to earn more profit are ready to create sex-arousing or violent works to attract youngsters. Nevertheless, this might be true of a certain group of people who come to art for pure profit. Living in a knowledge-based society like today, people can access art more easily and learn art from different sources, even at the early age, followed by their better understanding of art. In addition, with the living standards being enhanced significantly, people are free from daily worry and bury themselves in rich mental world. By dint of this, more art-works are born and appreciated. 

Secondly, the argument is that technology undermines the value of art. While artists in the past spent long time and effort creating true art-works, those of today just use technological tools to copy and paste their artistic products. Yet, technology, if used appropriately, actually provides artists with more opportunities to come up with creative ideas. By applying computer tools, artists can produce their cartoon pictures and draw as much as possible. Furthermore, the opinion of people about art changes over the time as a result of social and political factors. Whereas people in the past highly valued cubic pictures, those today put more emphasis on personal display among art-works. Equally important, true art-works are still here to stay. Such products by Picasso and other famous artists show timeless value from humanity, education to nature. 

In brief, the quality of art does not wane, and in fact, wax in the modern life thanks to better education, economic living and its true value.

I am a forgetful person. There are so many things I never remember to do, but one of the things which I regret is not to give flowers to my girl friend on Valentine.

You know that I and that girl have been in love for seven years. Normally, I gave her a bunch of roses and a bar of chocolate, yet this year, due to my busy work schedule, I found myself forgetting it. Only until that day passed by did I recall this sacred duty. Oh my God! I screamed! I am imagining how angry she is going to be. 

Unexpectedly, I met her the next days, and she still kept smiling and gave me encouraging words to spur to work harder. Deep inside my heart, I felt remorseful. I have been given a wonderful friend by God. However, I have treated her unfairly. She must have been sad without the boy friend being by her side on that day. She must have expected something special. She must have been lonely when seeing all her same sex friends have someone care about them. 

For her forgiving, I love her more. I actually now see everydayas Valentine because she shines my life with hope, encouragement and above all, sympathy, sacrifice and forgiveness. I hope that all other people will be blessed to have such a great girl-friend. Keep searching and stay foolish.

Describe what you often wear on a special occasion.

Ao dai is, by all means, my choice. Why? Ao Dai is a traditional kind of dress in my nation. Whenever women wear Ao Dai, we feel confident, feminine and sexy. I remembered that I used to make a guy fall in love with me once I wore this dress on one ofmy university anniversary occasions.

This dress is not only beautiful in terms of appearance, but it goes into history as a symbol of culture and creativity of Vietnamese. Some people think that it originated from Chinese culture, but in fact, with Vietnamese intelligence, there have been some changes in the design that make this dress different. 

In the modern life, artists and designers have come up with ideas of painting flowers or embroidering different pictures on the surface of Ao Dai. Thanks to such revolutionary changes, Ao Dai becomes increasingly appealing to people from all walks of life. Most tourists come to Vietnam and never forget to buy this dress back to their nation. Some even wear this on streets of Vietnam. 

I am always proud to wear Ao Dai, and hope that so do you. If you want one, I will give you as a present, as long as my IELTS score is 9.

Should adults teach children how to swim?

One of my friends just got drowned during a recent diasaster in my province. From that experience, I definitely expect all parents and adults to teach children how to swim and even manage the GOD Water as well. 

Swimming, as well, keeps you in shape besides taking away from jeopardy. My sister, thanks to swimming everyday, has a sexy body and becomes the hottest model of the world.1.

Well, people use water for a variety of reasons apart from basic need. Water is used to run water parks for children to entertain themselves and even adults. This generates a huge amount of money for governments, you know. 

Some little kids play water guns to point at each other for fun. It is an exhilirating game. For me, water is utilized as a source of medicine. The more I drink water, the more my skin looks appealing. My mother uses this source to nourish our beautiful gardens.

ĐỀ BÀI: Ngày nay, nghệ thuật đích thực không đựợc nhận ra và nhiều những tác phẩm nghệ thuật kém chất lượng vẫn đạt giải. Điều này khiến cho chất lượng giảm sút. Bạn đồng ý hay không đồng ý với ý kiến trên ở mức độ nào?

Nghệ thuật là một phần quan trọng trong cuộc sống của chúng ta. Một vài người nghĩ rằng chất luợng của giải thưởng cho những tác phẩm chiến thắng đang tiếp tục suy giảm giá trị thực của nó trong khi những người khác cho rằng tác phẩm nghệ thuật thực sự vẫn tồn tại và thậm chí phát triển hơn.
