Mr Carey, the School Crossing Patrol Officer for the afternoons in Victoria Park Road has now retired and so the Road Safety Team are looking for a replacement officer to cover Monday to Friday

afternoons from 15.10-15.45pm. Full uniform and training is provided and pay is £7.29 per hour. For full details please refer to the website at: https://www.jobsatbournemouth.com/traffic-management-school-crossing-patrol/19773.job As there is currently no crossing patrol in Victoria Park Road during the afternoons, please ensure that if your child walks home alone, they take extra care when crossing this road. Thank you.

Parking around the school -

please be considerate!

Parking around the school is very difficult at drop-off and pick-up

times and we urge parents to leave

cars at home and walk to school or park away from school whenever possible. Thank you to the

vast majority of parents who park thoughtfully and safely around the school.

In the past, the police have encouraged the school to report

careless and dangerous parking, so please can all parents

park considerately in the future.

Also, please note that the car park in Victoria Park Road is for staff use only and should not be used by parents for drop

-off or pick-up. Similarly, parents should not park in the bus

space in Vicarage Road as they will get a parking ticket from the warden.

Charisse in 4D has lost her JD Bug scooter which is black with red writing on it that says ‘Charisse’. If you’ve seen it, please let her know.
