Please read work order instructions every time to ensure nothing gets missed from the
work order. The grass cut schedules provided in pages 8 to 15 are for informational
purpose only, NEVER complete a grass cut without a work order.

Always read work order instructions and never assume all grass cut orders are the same.
Grass cut include cutting the grass, edging, weed eating and cleaning up all the clippings before leaving the premises
Be mindful of the neighbors and don’t leave your clippings or any debris behind, if there are rocks on the lot be careful not to damage the neighbor fence or car by
mowing over those rocks
All grass cut work orders whether it be initial or recut are to be completed with results uploaded within 72 hours from assign date
Make sure to report the correct lot sizes, and take the property structure out of the total size (leave only the lawn area). The photos must show the improvement made
to the lot. Make that as obvious as possible to avoid rejections and invoices cut.
Remember: completing a grass cut on a property doesn’t necessarily mean we can do other preservation work. ALWAYS READ THE INSTRUCTIONS, work type, investor
type…etc.
When reporting the height of the grass provide good photos to support it. (examples in next 2 pages)
Photos need to include the following:
1. Street Sign & House Number
2. Front of house; street view showing the entire front of the property including the curb
3. Photos must be date stamped and labeled.
4. Before, During and After shots of mowing front & rear yard, weed eating, edging and removing clippings
5. All sides of the lot must be provided.
6. Grass height measurement showing average height, not one tall piece
7. All exterior damages clearly shown and justify bids if applicable
8. All sides of outbuilding/shed
9. If there is a violation posted a clear photo of it must be provided
10. If lawn is maintained by HOA a photo showing our property lawn is being maintained, and another photo showing the neighboring properties are also
maintained the same way.
11. All orders should have a minimum of 25 photos to obtain all the required shots. Any order found to not have sufficient photos to support the work completed
will need to be rejected back to the vendor and followed up within 24 hours.
