DOL to track common outcomes◦ Entered employment◦ Retained employment◦ Average earnings

Two copies (front/back) Have participant sign, give them one copy, keep one with Participant Registration form

Insert name/contact information of your EEO officer

Make sure that you have an EEO poster prominently displayed in your workplace◦ Available in 10 different languages◦ Should post in the languages that are most common in

your area◦ Can layer the posters, so English is on top, 2nd language

shows about 6” , etc. – enough so that a person can identify the language of the poster

◦ If you do not have posters – email me your name, business, and mailing address, and the languages needed, and I will pass the information on to DEED so they can send you what you need

Gathers information needed for RAD when participant completes training

Program Exit will occur automatically 90 days after last receipt of any participation in MSESP-funded training or services

Exit Date will be last day of any services received

In-between and for 2 quarters beyond placement: Need to track/report activities

After entering employment information:◦ 1st Quarter Retention◦ 2nd Quarter Retention

RAD username and password – should have received this

Guard that information! Only share with someone who is going to be backing you up.

You will be classified as Case Manager – means you have access to all your data, but no one else’s

Upload information to the RAD system on a regular basis – at least once/week, as needed

Username and password from DOL (and login link)
