You are invited to submit a program proposal for the MSCA annual fall conference November 6-7, 2016, at the Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center, Michigan State University, East Lansing. This completed form and presenter profile(s) must be submitted by July 15, 2016, to be considered. Each proposal will be considered by the Conference Planning Committee. Selected presenters will be notified no later than August 15, 2016. Thank you for your willingness to participate without compensation. It is a demonstration of your commitment to our profession and organization.

INTENDED AUDIENCE LENGTH PRESENTER AVAILABILITY Elementary Interest (1 hour) Sunday only Middle School Skill Builder (2.25 hours) Monday only High School Either day Post-Secondary Willing to present twice General MSCA will provide space, seating, and a table for presenter use at each session approved for the conference. Each presenter must assume responsibility for providing media aids and technological equipment and support (i.e., laptop, projector, document camera, flip charts, easels, etc.). Presenters are encouraged to provide handouts to session attendees and are also asked to provide the Program Chair with electronic copies of all presentation materials shared at the conference. Any presenter planning to attend any part of the conference must also complete a conference registration form. The head presenter/contact will receive a $35 discount on his or her registration fee. If registering for the conference online with a credit card, please contact Ray Severy, Headquarters Manager, at [email protected] to receive the code needed for your discount. If mailing in your conference registration, please deduct the $35 discount from your registration fee before writing your check. No registration fee is required if you are attending only your session. I plan to attend the conference. (Conference registration form also needed) I plan to attend only my own session.
