This programme delivers a comprehensive study of human reproduction, pregnancy and fetal development, alongside essential skills training in laboratory research and scientific method. Our students are clinicians, scientists and researchers embarking on an inspiring range of careers in reproductive medicine and fetal development.

This programme combines innovative online distance learning with two intensive face-to-face workshops in Bristol per year. Workshops incorporate lectures, research seminars and an overview of the laboratory methodologies and clinical practices associated with this exciting specialism.

Clinicians use the programme either as an initial qualification or to develop further within this field. Scientists can use it as a springboard into non-clinical research, or clinical and diagnostic positions such as clinical embryologist. The programme also equips international students well for a range of challenging settings in reproductive medicine around the globe.
