The Ambassador “Master Stylist” Program consists of 5 intense, 2-day classes

presented in three distinct modules:

IT&LY Ambassador - Module 1:

Master of theCra�

Upon completion of each module, the stylist will receive a “Master Stylist” Certifi cate to be displayed in the salon. You will also be able to add a “Master Stylist Seal” to the original diploma each time you complete a class.

Additionally, Ambassador “Master Stylists” will receive on-going, updated educational and technical material from the IT&LY Academy.

AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

IT&LY Ambassador Module 1 (2-day class)

� e Advocate Program

Th e “Ambassador-Advocate” was specifi cally developed to impart a thorough understanding of IT&LY Hairfashion, its products and systems.

Be the “GO-TO” IT&LY Hair Color Expert in the salon. Th is comprehensive program will cover all technical aspects of IT&LY Hairfashion hair color products. You will learn everything you’ve ever wanted to know about IT&LY and professional hair coloring. Leave with a new sense of accomplishment, technical “know how”, and inspiration.

Discover why celebrity hair artists choose to use IT&LY Hairfashion products time and time again to ensure predictable beautiful results.

Ambassador “Master Stylists” will receive on-going, updated educational and technical material.

At the close of this 2-day program, interested stylists can then choose to participate in the next module of the Ambassador “Master Stylist” Program.

Th e Ambassador-Advocate class may be off ered at any time. Th e venue may be a distributor’s training facility or a local hotel. Th is class will be conducted by a IT&LY Hairfashion Director.

All subsequent modules of the Ambassador “Master Stylist” Program will be held at the IT&LY Academy.

Learn to think like an artist … Embrace the Art … don’t hide behind technique. Spend some time revisiting the “intellectual” side of color formulation. Keep from falling into the same formulation rut. Explore the entire color palette and move beyond the safety of thinking that 20 volume is the best choice. Train your artist’s eye, crack open the color tool box and take a step towards improving your skill level.

Learn easy color correction techniques. Craft the perfect Hollywood blond. Tips to boost & maintain the brilliance of your red vixens. Give your clients “custom signature color”.

IT&LY Master ColoristModule 2, Class 2

2-day class (second day is hands-on)

Up-Styling and Color Trends

Join us for two fabulous days of “creative energy” expressed in the form of the UpDo while catching up on the latest color formulas and trends for the Colorly Coach.

Day 1 will be spent watching and absorbing the art and beauty of creating various UpDo types. Th e secret of the UpDo starts with the creation of the right foundation before the actual styling. Th ere are defi nitely “tips & tricks” that make it easier. Also, current color trend looks and formulas will be created on the models as we show you each step of the procedure…easy to take back to the salon.

Day 2 - You will fi nd yourself recreating the most beautiful UpDos from the ground up. Learn the foundation and then add your own artistry to give it “your special touch”.

Th is class will truly put you at the “Master Colorist” level.

IT&LY Master Hair Cutting Module 3, Class 1

2-day class

Master Hair Cutting…the Beginning

Your cutting style will never be the same aft er this training!

Th is haircutting module will elevate your skills to the max. Your haircuts will have a tighter fi nish to them…the cut will look cleaner and retain its shape better as it grows. Your clients will rave about your work!

Th e key is twofold, understand and work within the shape of the head plus learn the elements of creative design. With this information, you can evaluate any hairstyle and understand the techniques necessary to reproduce the cut on any client.

You will learn how to recognize the basic hair shapes and how to customize any haircut for any client. Also, you will be taught to cut the haircut shapes from the latest Italian Hairfashion Collection.

Th e hands-on portion of this class will be done on mannequins which will be yours to keep.

Please bring your tools for haircutting programs.Shears, razor, dryer, brushes, combs, clips.

Learn from the maestro himself … Daniel Rudiant.

Th e only two-time World Hair Cutting Champion, Daniel’s razor work will blow you away!

Learn from the master himself. Experience his “free form” French style. You will learn techniques to be used with various types of hair cutting tools…shears and razor. What’s the best size shear to use for a taper? When is using a razor a good idea? What type of hair is best suited to a razor? Daniel will teach you “how” and then practice with you to perfect your technique.

Upon completion of this intensive 2-day class, you will have the knowledge and understand the techniques needed to master the skills that will allow you to tailor your haircuts to perfectly suit your clients.

Th e hands-on portion of this class will be done on mannequins which will be yours to keep.
